Gladys Risco has been an integral key member of the FBA team since 2000, where she is a lead Project Manager and is responsible for the production of Construction Documents and interfacing withthe Design Consultants. Gladys’sextensive experience in a variety of distinguished projects has enabled her to streamline the production process, as well as preempt potential conflicts,and continuously provide innovative solutions to complicated designs, understanding the importance of maintaining the Architectural integrity. Gladys is also involved during the Construction Administration Phase in which she quickly identifies and resolves construction conflicts with both the Design and the Construction teams, and with a strong sensitivity to FBA’s goals of providing thoughtful, functional and aesthetic Architecture.
Gladys graduated with honors from the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieriain Peru, and while she was a student she began accumulating significant work experience; she joined a prestigious Architectural firm in Lima and focused on the design of a Regional Hospital and several Bank projects. In Miami, prior to joining FBA, Gladys has worked on Mixed Use Developments, Multifamily Residential, Aviation, Educational and Health Care projects, including John I Leonard High School in West Palm Beach, American Airline Terminals C & D at Miami International Airport & the 360 Condominium in North Bay Village. With all of her past and current experience, Gladys excelled in problem-solving, and she continues to develop innovative systems for the production of the work.
