After receiving her Bachelor of Science and then her Master of Architecture Degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1992, Ifhat returned to South Florida and became a licensed Architect and then a Principal Partner in 1999 whereby she has functioned as a Director and Vice President of Frankel Benayoun Architects.

Ifhat Benayoun Fishman has managed various project types from the Planning phase and thru completion, with a strong emphasis on design.    Ifhat is known for her streamline contemporary Architecture,  with dynamic forms and spatial environments that are consistently defined by light, volume and innovative materials. As a Principal Owner Architect, Ifhat Benayoun controls the project process and the Design Integrity and Quality, from concept inception, and oversees the production of documents, and through completion of the construction process; including the Inspection, Interior Finishes and Close-out of the Contractors, timely obtaining all required Certificate of Occupancies.  Her passion for achieving a balance between function and aesthetics permeates her decision making process at all stages of production which affords a unique advantage to the final work.
